Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Unikuaa Technologies collects, why we use it, the service providers involved, and the choices available to you.

Effective and last updated: July 14, 2026 Version: 2026-07-14

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Unikuaa Technologies website, member Resources, Unikuaa Academy, contact forms, and related operational communications. It does not govern websites or services operated independently by third parties that you may visit through a link.

Technical and security information Authentication/session information, timestamps, rate-limit records, and network or device information that hosting and security providers may process, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs. Automatically when you interact with the service.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential employer information, health information, government identifiers, or payment-card information through the contact form or profile fields.

3. How We Use Information

  • Create and authenticate member accounts.
  • Provide Resources, Academy content, course assignments, quizzes, and progress tracking.
  • Maintain profiles and provide member or administrative support.
  • Respond to website inquiries and manage business follow-up.
  • Send operational messages, including account and Academy welcome emails. These are not marketing subscriptions.
  • Protect the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and maintain records of consent and service activity.
  • Comply with law, enforce our rights, and respond to lawful requests.

We will not use the information collected through account signup to enroll you in promotional marketing without a separate choice.

4. How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Use service providers, including Google Firebase for hosting, authentication, database, and file storage, and Mailgun for operational email delivery.
  • Allow authorized Unikuaa administrators to manage members, courses, learning activity, inquiries, and support.
  • Comply with legal obligations, protect safety or rights, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

5. Retention

  • Account, profile, and learning records: kept while the account is active and afterward only as reasonably necessary to provide support, resolve disputes, protect the service, or comply with law. A verified deletion request starts our review for deletion or de-identification.
  • Contact inquiries and follow-up notes: kept while the inquiry is active and afterward only while reasonably needed for business recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
  • Consent, security, and audit records: kept as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance, prevent abuse, and protect legal rights.
  • Service-provider logs and backups: retained according to provider security, continuity, and deletion cycles.

We periodically review whether information is still needed. When it is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete or de-identify it, subject to backup cycles and legal obligations.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law covers Unikuaa Technologies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to obtain information about collection and disclosure; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; to limit certain uses of sensitive information; to appeal a denied request; and to receive equal service without unlawful discrimination.

Our current practices do not involve selling personal information, sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or using it for targeted advertising, so no sale/share opt-out is required for those practices today.

To submit a request, email solutions@unikuaa.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the request and the email address associated with your account. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. If we deny an appealable request, you may reply with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

You may withdraw signup consent by requesting account deletion. That withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may mean we can no longer provide member Resources or Academy access.

7. Cookies, Local Storage, and Privacy Signals

Firebase Authentication may use browser storage or similar essential technology to maintain a secure session. We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics on this website.

Browsers may offer Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Because our current practices do not include selling or sharing personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, those signals do not change how we process information. If our practices change, we will update this policy and applicable signal handling before the change takes effect.

8. Children

Unikuaa Resources and Academy accounts are intended for adults age 18 or older and for professional or business use. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

9. Security and United States Processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including authenticated access, role-based database rules, restricted administrator access, and service-provider security controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Unikuaa Technologies and its service providers process information in the United States and other locations where those providers operate, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version and effective date here. For a material change affecting account information, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent when appropriate before applying the change.
